Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products (Excel templates) sold on LearnExcel.io. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final

Our templates are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive the complete product and can download it right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for:

  • Changing your mind, no longer needing the file, or finding it elsewhere.
  • Buying the wrong product when the one you bought was clearly described.
  • Compatibility you could have checked first (see below).

Each product page shows a full description and a preview of what you’re buying, so you can review the product before you purchase. When you complete a purchase you acknowledge that the product is delivered immediately and, where applicable, you agree to begin the download right away and waive any statutory “cooling-off” or right-of-withdrawal period for digital content that would otherwise apply once the download has started.

If something is genuinely wrong, we’ll fix it

We stand behind our products. If you hit a real problem, contact us first — email info@learnexcel.io or use our contact page within 14 days with your order number, and we’ll make it right. This covers:

  • A file that won’t download or won’t open — we’ll repair or send you a working copy.
  • A duplicate or accidental double charge — we’ll correct it.
  • A product that is materially not as described on its page — we’ll fix the listing or the file.

In the rare case we genuinely can’t deliver a working product, we’ll refund it. Otherwise, our remedy for technical issues is a repair or replacement, not a refund. Our templates work in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers; some advanced features (charts, drop-downs) display best in desktop Excel.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your card statement may show a charge from Lemon Squeezy (or “LEMSQUEEZY”) referencing LearnExcel.io. Refunds, when granted, are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks (for example, disputing a charge for a product you downloaded and kept) will be contested with evidence of delivery and these agreed terms, and we reserve the right to revoke your license and refuse future sales.

License

Templates are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly. See our Terms for the full license.
